Antarctic Brotherhood of Electrical Workers ABEW

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

Electrical Union based in Antarctica (McMurdo Station, Palmer Station and Amundsen Station). Antarctic Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (ABEW) will promote solidarity and help bring up moral while working in the harshest place on Earth. Resembling the IBEW's closed fist of lightning bolts only the lightning bolts would be ice.
I am an IBEW member over 37 years and would like to create the same brotherhood here.
Ill upload a pic to resemble obviously not copy and ideas I have.

Id like to incorporate the silhouette of Antarctica with the fist of lightning bolts/ice sitting on top or the middle. Instead of IBEW it would be ABEW (Antarctic Brotherhood of Electrical Workers).
Maybe the fist sitting on top of the silhouette, solidarity at the top and ABEW below. Below that the 3 stations McMurdo, Palmer and South Pole.
