Controversial Climate Change Design

This is what Shirtless Tee Company was looking for in their graphic design

• Currently seeking to have a Controversial Climate Change Design Created to then be printed on Tshirts & Hoodies.

Requesting to have a skeleton hand gripping the RHS of a set of handlebars whilst holding the throttle wide open, this is depicted in the attached reference photo.
Next part is to have Smoke coming from either the wrist or the inner side of the handlebars or both, this is to replicate like a 2 stroke dirt bike, this is shown in the reference photo with red shapes showing potential locations for the smoke to be coming from.
Next step is the font & setting of text location, Required Font in capitals: DOING MY PART FOR CLIMATE CHANGE. Working off of the reference photo attached I'd like to have "DOING MY PART" at the top, "FOR" on the Side/Middle of the design & "CLIMATE CHANGE" along the bottom with the skeleton hand & handlebar design to be in the center like the bear is in the reference photo.
