Graphic for my website, based on an existing logo

This is what Fischer Consults was looking for in their graphic design

I need a graphic to include on my website for my coaching business. This should be visually based on my existing logo. However I need to use the design as part of a diagram to distinguish different kinds of service offerings. The existing logo could be interpreted as a type of compass needle (two delta/arrow signs - one larger, one smaller). In this design, I want to develop this idea of a compass-like image to separate the two service offerings. I've attached an example of another website that has done this using a variant of their logo. To make this more useful, the finished design should be in full colour and in white and black versions.
