This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

I want the Skelton showed in the first image riding the back of a fire truck. the fire truck should look like the second picture. the fire truck and surrounding images should look like the first Skelton image. in the background I want a city skyline of Wilmington Delaware. On the right hand side i want a stop light with a street sign that says Philly Pike. In one of the skeletons hand i want him to be holding a cellphone.
