Brand/logo design for new mobile espresso Van: Joe + Santini

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their graphic design

Hello all!
We have just purchased a black modified megavan ready to serve espresso based drinks. We need to create a brand for our new Company. We like the name Joe + Santini but open to suggestions. We want to convey, indulgence, quality coffee, high end but reasonably priced.
We LOVE the brand design for Jo Malone: cream/black colours, simplicity, clean lines, bold.
We love Del Popolo brand design: mobile pizzeria, font, simple design.
Future ideas: would like to diversify using the brand name i.e additional products like gelato, pasta etc
