This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

I work for an organization called the Institute for Community Research in Hartford, CT. We are developing a model for youth leadership development that is accessible to a wide range of audiences, including youth, adult facilitators, and academics. We would like to present a version of this model at a conference, so we are looking for a visually appealing illustration that would be large enough for us to discuss different components. I am attaching two documents: one is a JPEG image of the diagram - this is a sample that we drew as an example of how we picture this model to be.
