Math and Physics Tutor Flyer

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their flyer design

I need a flyer with the tabs at the bottom that people can tear off to get your information. I run a math and physics tutoring business. The flyer should be 8.5 X 11 and say math and physics tutor quite large as to catch the eye. I would like it to look professional, with perhaps a background design with math symbols or something clever. I leave that to the designer. The brief description should include the following: That I have a masters degree in physics. And that I am an experienced high school teacher that has taught every math class.
