Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA) is a market research company in Melbourne, Australia that offers a range of solutions that are designed to help organisations understand, measure and improve the customer service experience through a variety of methods including mystery shopping, customer satisfactions surveys, benchmarking and training.
We have come up with the copy for a series of brochures (a4) size on our company and its various services and we are looking for a new design to give these flyers impact and graphics that help get the message across. Design should convey the overall message of 'understand, measure, improve'
Our website is www.csba.com.au and company logo colours are blue and green though we are open to trying a different range for more impact.
