Cromapix built a creative team that includes departments of highly skilled employees, a Design department and an IT department. This team is responsible for creating, writing and designingall of Cromapix’s work. Cromapix strives to hire designers and developers who have superior performing abilities - those who are able to bring creative ideas and develop notions to life, as if they have their own thought processes. In order to attract and retain quality designers, the company conducts three-month long courses for new and existing designers and developers. Cromapix also has a complete production team that gives the company the capability to control all elements of production. Cromapix has successfully expanded the production team so the results of all projects are more efficient.
