Need DVD Amary case and disc artwork (+ insert)

This is what OnlineChessLessons LLC was looking for in their CD cover design

Hello,

Chess24.com will be converting their chess videos into physical dvd form. I need to get full modifiable .psd documents for a standard DVD amary case that includes the following

1. The outerlay for the amary case (standard size of any DVD movie)
2. The disc (including the inside layer)
3. The "insert" standard size.

I want it to fit the color scheme and feel of the chess24.com site.

Also please include chess24.com logo

I'd want a place on the back for the price, for a barcode, for run time, and a paragraph to explain the content. Perhaps the front could include a place to show the chess player as well.

Let me know what you come up with. Final deliverables need to be 100% modifiable .psd with all used fonts.
