Shadow Logic Business Card Design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their business card design

I need a 2-sided business card for my computer engineering consulting company. The card is expected to convey a message of cutting edge forward thinking, and boldnes. I would like the card to be memorable and stand-out on a desk. The card should be bold, modern, clean, and highly professional. I am a big fan of watermarks/shadows and other intersting but restrained uses of the logo. The card can be a shape other than the traditional rectangle. Perhaps a rectangle with rounded edges. All I ask is the card be able to fit into a standard wallet. I will supply two logos, one with a red background, and one with a black background. Please feel free to work with both of these logos.
