Annual Report - conversion from .doc to .indd

This is a bit of a tedious task unfortunately - we just need someone to convert our Annual report from a Word Doc into the following:

- print-ready .indd file
- with 6mm bleed, and
- cover pages formatted for perfect binding (assume 4mm spine).
