Rental brochure for The Minchinbury Winery

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their brochure design

We need an A5 4 page brochure (A4 single fold) for a new real estate development in Sydney Australia called The Minchinbury Winery. It is a residential development with cafe/restaurant, indoor swimming pool, gym and a heritage museum displaying machinery and artefacts from the property's former use as a winery producing champagne. The brochure is to be used in promoting rental of the individual dwellings which are 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom town houses. Champagne, grape and similar motifs can be used but essentially it is about lifestyle. The property is positioned as middle market but is quite unique in its location presenting a level of luxury not available in that area. Concepts we feel good about include "champagne lifestyle" and "a new lease on life".
