Assurity Solutions GAP Brochure Design Project

This is what Mark Tumblety was looking for in their brochure design

We are looking for a designer to create a point of sale brochure, the item will be used by Motor Dealers when they are selling our product to their customers, the product is an insurance product that covers the difference between the purchase price of the vehicle and the amount offered by the insurance company in the event the car is stolen or written off by the insurance company. Therefore we are look at a Business to Retail Customer relationship.
Please note we are in the process of designing a logo via DesignCrowd that will need to be used in the brochure. I have attached an example of a competitors POS. I am not concerned about including all of the terms and conditions and would prefer to keep the design as a two sided folded but obviously we will need some space for text.
