Legal thriller writer needs a E book cover design

This is what a business in New Zealand was looking for in their book cover design

See previous legal thriller book covers on www.mcginncrime.com and the books, 'Best Served Cold' and 'Trust No one'.

I'd like a similar style to those books. If we use an image of a person, the book features a female blonde lawyer (late 40s age) looks something like actress Cate Blanchette. She would be wearing a black courtroom robe and white shirt underneath or black jacket, skirt and white shirt.
There is a court trial but if we use an image of a courtroom, it needs to be one you'd see in the English trial system, not American, as the story is set in New Zealand.
