This is what Emergency Response Contractors was looking for in their app design

I need a simple app for Iphone so that my employees can send me the details of where they worked and how many hours they worked for. I have a logo that will need to be integrated into it.
We will need it to also email the information to a centralized address so that the invoicing and wages can be done.
