Newspaper Advertisement / Website Banner Ads / Full Page Colour Flier

This is what a business in Canada was looking for in their advertisement design

I am a human rights lawyer practicing law in Ontario, Canada. I would like one advertisement for a newspaper (about a quarter page of a standard newspaper) in colour, one website banner advertisement to bring people to my website (www.ontariohumanrights.net), and a flier advertisement that can be used when I donate items to charitable events or to hand out to potential clients (this may be a slight variation of the newspaper advertisement, but I would like the flier to be colour and full page).

So you are aware of my target audience, I typically represent employees who have experienced discrimination in the workplace or in services on a prohibited Code ground (age, race, gender, sexual orientation, sexual identity, religion, pregnancy, etc). This may involve being terminated for taking a medical leave, or being fired for being homosexual etc.
