This is the first time I have tried a service like this. I am so happy with the results! For a few hundred dollars I received many amazing logos! I stumbled across DesignCrowd while surfing the web for some freelance graphic artists and decided to give it a go. I liked the concept and pricing was competitive and it seemed to be a very well thought out website.I submitted a project for a logo design for a new range of skin care products after creating a brief and chose the lowest price package as I wasnt quite sure what the outcome would be. I felt this would minimise my risk.

Initially, I thought I wouldnt get much for $100. I thought I might get 5-10 designs and didnt really expect the quality to be all that high. HOW WRONG WAS I?

I received just under 90 designs from all parts of the globe and the quality was fantastic. With such a diverse mixture, it actually made me change my brief slightly as some of the designs had given me new thinking. The ability to message the designers directly helped a lot. You can ask them anything and tell them to make any change you like - and they do it instantly .This has got to be the easiest way of getting your logo designed from scratch. 50+ designers is much better than 1 right?

When I decided to try DesignCrowd, I had already spent $$ with another company and a local graphic designer to design a logo for Transcendent Women. I never felt that those designs were quite right, they did not convey the visual message that I was going for. While we eventually selected a fairly mainstream design, the diversity of concepts provided by a global market challenged our assumptions and stretched our boundaries. I was encouraged by the response we got and the number of entries that really understood our explanation and objectives even though the designers were from entirely different markets with contrasting cultures and market influences. They truly had international understanding. We were favorably considering several designs when, at the last minute, the winner came in. I dont think there is any graphics or design house that can generate so many good and distinctly different designs regardless of the price.
