Why is my payment for my design is taking longer than 5 days?
The most likely cause of delay of payment is either:
  • The customer has requested some changes which require actioning before we can pay you; or
  • We are still in the process of performing Quality Assurance checks on your design. We actively ensure all designs are of the highest quality and that the customer receives fully scalable vectors to work with. If there are any issues with this process, you will be contacted immediately via email or the site

We understand the importance of getting paid on time, however in some cases these steps are necessary to ensure the customer receives designs which they are completely happy with.
