If the designs the designer produces does not meet the concrete requirements you set down in your brief, we can review the designs and look at getting your money back. However, if you dislike the work that the designer has done, you will have to work with the designer until they produce a result you are happy with. This is one of the risks with working with a single designer (using Freelance Job) as opposed to using the crowd to design for you (through a Design Contest).
