My design was eliminated - what does this mean?
This means the customer does not want to buy your design and they can no longer select it.  Don't worry this is quite normal, it is just another form of feedback and happens to the best designers all the time.  The customer should have sent you some feedback with the elimination.  Either way, you could try messaging the customer a response or submitting another design.
