For a business/customer who has selected a design:
- Login and access your my account page
- Under the desired project, click on the link to take you to the Manage Project.
- From the Manage Project page, click on the 'Manage/Download Designs' link under the selected Designs tab
For a designer who has a design selected:
- Login and access your my profile page
- Under Notifications, you should find a Project Alert for the design that was selected called "Your design was selected! Upload designs for payment"
- If you click on this link it will take you to the correct design handover page.
In addition, both designers and businesses will receive an email notification when a design has been selected with links to the design handover page.
