Whilst we don't have a flash product category, you could potentially run a flash design contest on DesignCrowd.The only caveat is that designers are only able to submit a static preview file whilst the contest is in its initial stage. Designers will be able to submit the animated files once they are selected by the customer in the handover stages. The typical process for flash animation contest on DesignCrowd:1. Multiple designers submit a preview image of their flash - if possible, they should show multiple frames of the flash file to give the customer a feel for the animation. 2. Once the contest reaches deciding stages, the customer selects the design based on the preview files the designer submitted. 3. When a design is selected and the project reaches handover stage, the customer is able to work with the a flash files (SWF) provided by the designer and make revisions to the animation to meet their needs.
