Design Description
The image is a combination of a horse and rider and a feather. The horse image relates to the name Show Poni, but since the business is about hats, and not horses, I wanted to bring the attention to the hat and the feather which are more indicative of what you do. To do this, I colored the horse in black, and used a nice vibrant color on both the feather and the hat to make them really pop out. Being the same color, the viewer will make the connection that the hat and the feather are connected, and should get the idea of what to expect from your business by the logo alone.
To make the logo intriguing, I have styled the feather to make it look like it is part of the horse, jumping. The black stem of the feather looks like a horse leg.
