The Costello Property Management logo incorporates both a solid 'C' to represent "Costello" and two neat, solid roof tops that wrap inside the 'C' to represent that it is property management related company. The type used is simple and flexible, it can be used then throughout the entire coporate stationary range to keep the brand consistency. The colours are also flexible and consistent within the design, being used both in the illustrated part of the logo and the text. A simple yet clever and very effective logo design.
