Design Description
With this logo I have really focused on your target market. I have drawn an illustration of carp and really tried put some attitude into it. It's the sort of illustration that I would do for a rock poster (which I have a lot of experience with)... and the same goes for the font. Simple but edgy. I have steered clear of anything slick as I think that for the target market this is the way to go. This same reasoning is why I have done the drawing in straight black. I have supplied a version with the text in black and one with colored text. I will also send through a version with the logo without the text so can see how it looks "stand alone".
