Milhouse looking stunned. The lines used are all very sharp, similar to the background pattern using the shadows to make the details. The colours are blue (for Milhouse), Simpsons yellow, and black. The yellow highlights only a few details. The M in the background pattern is for Milhouse, rather than spell out the entire name.
